Our Meeting Page: the Night-Before Sheet

Community-reviewedCommunity edition, August 2026

The whole meeting season reduced to one sheet, filled out the night before at the kitchen table and carried into the room. Three verbs: what our child does that no assessment measures. The two questions we are sending ahead. One thing from home the team should know this season. Who is coming with us. What we hope this meeting produces. Space for what they said that we want to remember, especially the good sentence. One next step the school will try and one next step we will try. And the standing choice, made in advance: taking the document home to read before signing. The child at the center, not just the plan.

Your next step is a person

Whoever is coming with you: fill it out together the night before.
