Bring the letter, the worry, or the question, in your own words. The Librarian answers from this library’s reviewed pages, names its sources, and always ends with a person who can help. A librarian, never a caseworker.
Answer in the language of your question, or pick up to two: one for your family, one for the person you will hand it to. A picked language always arrives with its English alongside, for the file and the front office.
Your questions are kept only in your own story cloth on this device, where you can see them and unpick them. Your words are never stored on our side; the library keeps only an anonymous weekly tally (which shelves were reached for, in which languages, and where the shelf was bare) so it can grow toward what families actually need.
Leave what you learned
